What are your office hours?

Mondays: 8:00AM-6:00PM

Tuesdays: 8:00AM-7:00PM

Thursdays: 8:00AM-7:00PM

Fridays: 8:00AM-6:00PM

Saturdays: 8:00AM-5:00PM

We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays

How much do services cost?

Cost varies depending on the type of service you are looking for and if you choose to use your health insurance. PA residents are eligible to use their health insurance to cover part of the cost of therapy services, as they are considered medical services. Cost for these services are dependent on your specific health insurance plan, coverage, cop-pay/coinsurance responsibility.

Life coaching is NOT a medical service and is entirely self-pay. Sliding scale fees are available for life coaching. Contact us directly to discuss pricing for life coaching.

What is the difference between therapy and life coaching?

Therapy includes 53-minute sessions that incorporate evidenced-based interventions and approaches including EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems, etc. Therapy services are only available to residents of Pennsylvania at this time.

Life coaching includes 45-minute meetings which include self-help resources, exercises, book/reading suggestions, and discussion aimed at helping guide you through your own healing journey and better understand how to heal yourself.

Are virtual/tele services available?

Yes! All services are provided via an online video platform which allows us to see and hear each other in real-time using a computer or smartphone. No software downloads are needed and the platform is HIPAA compliant, secure, and confidential.

Which insurances do you accept?

For residents of Pennsylvania, we accept the following insurances: Aetna, All Savers, Amerihealth, AvMed, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UPMCC Health Plan (Commercial) Cigna, VA Community Care Network, Evernorth, Geisinger, Golden Rule, United Healthcare, Highmark, Independence Administrators, Independence Blue Cross, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Surest (formerly Bind), and select EAP Programs (Curalink, Cigna, Evernorth, United Healthcare/Optum)

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept any Medicaid (medical assistance), Medicare.

If you are not a Pennsylvania resident, you are not eligible to schedule therapy sessions or use insurance for payment.

Cash-pay options are also available and sliding scale fees can be arranged. If financial issues are a concern, please contact us directly as we believe in doing whatever we can to make healing affordable.

What should I do if you don't take my insurance?

If you are a PA resident, depending on your health insurance, you might be able to use your insurance company's "out of network" benefits. We have an arrangement with Thrizer to assist in this process. For more information on Thrizer, click here!

What special training do you have?

After completing a masters degree in professional counseling, I completed post-graduate certifications as a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, a Certified Level II Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Personality Disorder Clinician. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR and have completed trainings in narcissism and adult children of emotionally immature parents under Dr. Ramani, Sandra Brown, Karyl McBride, and Dr. Lindsay Gibson.

What kind of things can you help with?

We specialize in helping with all aspects of healing after narcissistic abuse. Common examples of this include:

Adult children of narcissistic/emotionally immature parents and navigating choices and boundaries associated with these relationships

Healing after domestic violence/narcissistic abuse from a spouse or partner

Managing work dynamics of a narcissist work environment

Healing after leaving cult situations

Managing co-parenting issues with a narcissistic or high conflict co-parent
